This Privacy Policy explains what information the iProfile Pro application ("iProfile Pro", "the app", "we", "us") handles, why it handles it, and the choices available to you. By installing or using the app you accept the practices described below.

iProfile Pro was built around a simple principle: your analytics belong on your phone. The reports you see are computed on your own device. We do not build advertising profiles about you, and your data is never sold or rented to anyone.

1. Information the app works with

1.1 Data from the Instagram account you connect. To produce your reports, the app reads information about the account you sign in with through Instagram's official interfaces, using your own authenticated session. This can include your profile details (username, display name, picture, counters), the accounts following you and the accounts you follow, your posts and their engagement figures, your stories and their viewers, and interaction signals used to compute estimates. Every one of these records is written to a local database and secure storage on your device only. Your Instagram password never reaches us — sign-in happens inside an isolated on-device web view, and we cannot see or store your credentials.

1.2 Technical device data. To keep the service running and diagnose problems, we and the infrastructure providers listed in Section 4 may process limited technical details that do not directly identify you: device model, OS version, app version and language, app-generated identifiers, push notification tokens, and diagnostic information.

1.3 Purchases. Subscription payments are handled entirely by Apple. Our subscription-management provider (RevenueCat) sees a transaction/receipt identifier and the state of your subscription so premium features can be unlocked. Card or bank details never pass through us.

1.4 What you send us. If you write to support, we receive whatever you include — typically your email address, message text, and any device details you attach.

2. Why we process this information

  • Running the app and generating your on-device reports

  • Managing subscriptions and unlocking paid features

  • Delivering push notifications you have opted into

  • Answering support requests

  • Protecting the service against fraud, abuse, and tampering

  • Meeting legal obligations where they apply

3. Tracking and advertising The app uses AppsFlyer to understand which marketing campaign led to an install (attribution). On iOS this is subject to the App Tracking Transparency prompt — if you decline, no cross-app identifier is used. We do not follow your browsing across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not perform cross-context behavioral advertising. There are no ad networks inside the app.

4. Service providers A minimal amount of technical data is shared with the providers that keep the app functional, each governed by its own privacy policy:

The app contains no Facebook/Meta SDKs, no ad networks, and no Google Analytics.

5. Selling of data We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, your profile data, or your reports — to anyone, ever.

6. Retention and deletion Your Instagram analytics live only on your device, so deletion is in your hands: logging out (Settings → Logout) wipes the local databases and session cookies immediately, and removing the app deletes everything it stored. To have data connected with a support conversation (such as emails) erased, contact us at support@favantis.com.

7. Security We apply commercially reasonable safeguards: secure on-device storage, encrypted local caching, and integrity/anti-tampering checks. Still, no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Children The service is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly process their data. Connecting an account also requires meeting Instagram's own minimum age. If you believe a child has provided us data, write to us and we will delete it promptly.

9. International processing Limited technical information (for example a support email or subscription state) may be processed in countries where our providers operate. Using the service means you consent to that processing.

10. Accuracy of insights Features such as profile viewers, secret admirers, and inactive followers are estimates derived from indirect engagement signals. They are offered for reference and entertainment and are not guaranteed to be exact.

11. Changes to this policy When this policy changes we update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know inside the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised policy.
