Terms of service.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the iProfile Pro application (the "Service"). Installing or using the Service means you accept these Terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the Service. The Terms create a binding agreement between you and the provider of iProfile Pro ("we", "us", "our"), and your use is additionally covered by our Privacy Policy.

1. Independence from Instagram / Meta iProfile Pro is a standalone utility. It is not connected to, approved by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way. Staying within Instagram's own rules while using the Service is your responsibility; you connect only an account that belongs to you, at your own discretion and risk.

2. Who may use the Service You must be 13 or older (or the digital-consent age in your country, if higher) and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

3. Rules of use When using the Service you agree not to:

  • pursue any unlawful purpose or infringe anyone's rights;

  • probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or tamper with the Service or its protections;

  • use it to harass or harm others, or to spread malicious code;

  • resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

4. Your device and session Keeping your device, your account, and your Instagram session secure is up to you. Let us know if you notice unauthorized use. We may suspend or end access when these Terms are violated.

5. What the Service provides; no guarantee of accuracy The Service produces analytics and estimates from available data and indirect signals. Outputs — including engagement insights, unfollower/inactive-follower analyses, and growth metrics — are informational only and may be incomplete or imprecise. Do not treat them as the sole basis for any decision.

6. Subscriptions, billing and refunds Certain features require a paid subscription purchased through your Apple App Store account:

  • The charge is applied to your Apple ID when the purchase is confirmed.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

  • The renewal charge is made within the 24 hours before the current period ends.

  • Subscriptions are managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings.

  • Refunds are decided by Apple under Apple's policies; we generally cannot refund directly.

7. Intellectual property The Service, together with its content and functionality, belongs to us and our licensors and is protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for non-commercial use. Copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering the Service is not permitted except where the law allows it.

8. Warranty disclaimer THE SERVICE IS SUPPLIED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS.

9. Limitation of liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM USING — OR BEING UNABLE TO USE — THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnity You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the Service or from breaching these Terms, the law, or a third party's rights.

11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies with the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.

12. Updates to the Terms We may revise these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after a revision means you accept it.
